    Good sandwich shop, they pretty much only have baked or kettle cooked chips, which I'm not a huge fan of just personal preference kind of thing. But still enjoy coming for a tasty sub every so often

    We’ve ordered from this place multiple times for delivery and service is always so slow. They’re very non-responsive. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR DELIVERY!!!

    The shop seemed to be understaffed and the line took a very long time to get through. I felt bad for the manager who was working hard. Food was good though.

    I always love sandwiches at potbelly. No complains about the food and the quality. Just the lady at this location was very rude. Her name starts with 'Y'. She started throwing sort of temper tantrum when I requested hot peppers on the side at the register . I immediately asked for her name so that I report it to customer services. the same lady was at the beginning counter where I requested bread and cheese. I bought 4 sandwiches. I wanted one of them to be mushroom melt, she said we do not have mushrooms. I ordered another one, and she was asking if I want to put mushroom in it. Do not know what was going on in the lady''s mind. I visited this place as I was passing by Maple Ave while returning from Washington DC. I will be reporting the same to customer service.
